goodbye and onto a new start

I’ve been meaning to write this for a long time but i’ve been unresponsive and inactive on this tumblr. i decided it’s time to just start fresh as most of my followers are inactive or we simply don’t follow the same fandoms and such. however though, there are some fandoms that i just find to be extremely toxic and extremely argumentative (i feel like yall know but i’ve moved on). i learned not everything is black and white and that people who are preaching for positivity are some of the most mean-spirited people (not just on tumblr but online and offline).

in addition, i’ve had a lot of personal growth especially from when i started my blog back in 2013. i’m not even the same person i was a year ago and i want my posts, tags, and whatnot to reflect me. i don’t want to have old posts or why i reblogged _____ thing to come back especially on this site that glorifies witch hunts (not that i’ve done anything bad i feel). it’s in the past, and i know as i’ve gotten older i’ve changed. there were periods where i was here where i struggled with my identity and mental health and was more resentful. i sometimes overshared and i regret that. i learned i don’t owe everyone my life. i have new outlets where i can vent in a better way to people i’m closer with. i’m still growing and changing but i’m realizing the consequences of sharing online as i get older.

as for what’s next, i’m making a new blog but if you’d like me to follow you (and i feel like we’ve been good friends), be sure to send me a message. i can’t promise i’ll follow everyone back but please understand i’m starting over and need to be refreshed.

I’m so angry about all the info coming out about DreamKazper. He used his power to use young girls who idolized him. So here’s a message to all of the younger fans:

If one of the OWL players (or any celebrity/person in power) says something sexual that makes you uncomfortable, drop them. Do NOT give them the benefit of the doubt, do NOT brush it off.

Speak up. Don’t be quiet about it, if you feel like your friends or parents would interpret the messages wrong, it’s probably bad.

In general, if that person tells you not to tell anyone that you’re talking to them, TELL SOMEONE. This is one of the biggest red flags.

Trust your gut! If they say something weird screen shot it and tell them they make you uncomfortable. If they persist, stop responding.

Just because they happen to be pro players does not mean they are good people. This doesnt exempt them from being assholes.

Most importantly, if they have used or hurt you before it is not your fault. Use this to speak up and call them out, they deserve to be ridiculed for what they did and they need to be stopped.
