If You Never Saw the Stars…

Thank you again to everyone who has helped us out recently, to everyone who has reblogged my Etsy posts, to everyone who has adopted Desk Buddies or brought my weird and funky little magnets home. Thank you especially to the peeps who helped Scout with food and cat litter. I don't know where I'd be without you all...thanks to you, we were able to pay the electric bill and keep the lights on. Thanks to you, Scout is living her best life, having the Fanciest of Feasts. Scout has been loving the heat the rest of us are suffering under, spending her days in the front window soaking up the sun and judging the neighbors. I love this picture of her. Somehow, the filthy window softens everything and makes her look like a painting.

hey so filming people without their consent is weird. you know that right? filming people you don't know and they aren't aware of what you're doing is creepy. posting strangers online is fucking weird. we're too comfortable with doing it now for shits and giggles, chasing some sort of viral hit instead of reckoning with the fact that you posted someone who did not consent to their body and face being publically used.
