So her three clinics have stockpiles of medical supplies and equipment that can be given as needed in each appointment (like antibiotics, for example) but she was aware that that would put a major target on the clinics for theft. So she also established a series of reliable supply chains from Piltover into Zaun with these supplies, so stores and pharmacies could start stocking non-prescription supplies again (fever reducers, pain meds, thermometers, etc). By making sure that these supplies were readily available in Zaun again, she took away the monopoly the chembarons had on them and also made her clinics less attractive to thieves

Assuming you're referring to talking to a mental health professional - it takes some time to get used to it! It's tough at first, but the right mental health professional will be able to help you through that as well. Keep in mind that this is their job and it's what they do all day every day. When you do meet with them for the first time, you can also just tell them that you're anxious/embarrassed/nervous, whatever it is, and they'll do their best to put you at ease.
