One thing I don’t get is why Rick kept bashing the pjo movies about the actors being too old, when the exact same thing is happening rn with the show cause they take 2 year breaks between each season and the actors hit puberty. They are all older than their characters in tlo already. No hate to them btw they are doing a wonderful job.

It is just weird cause we waited for a faithful adaptation for so long, everyone kept criticizing the movies. But Rick’s main concern was the characters’ age? The disney adaptation has changed many plots from the books but he is okay with that?
