im only on s3 and i like asami but i feel like she has nothing like going for her plot-wise. like she has her own company and shes hot and shes nice and thats kinda all they gave her. she had that whole conflict w her dad and its clear she misses him and is conflicted about it but the most weve seen about her confusion and emotions about her dad was just her not wanting to visit mako in jail cuz it reminded her of her dad but we dont even get to explore it really, its just acknowledged. hopefully this changes in s3 tho cuz im halfway through and it seems like we finally get to see more of her beyond her and korra and mako's weird situation so hopefully she gets a little more dynamic

i finished s2 and like why did we just forget about everything that happened in s1. like i thought it would be similar to atla in that thered be some kinda consistent problem but s1 felt so unrelated to s2. like i wanted to know more about the political climate btwn benders and non-benders and whatnot and whether that changed after amon left but there was basically no reference to any of s1. i did start s3 and that seems a little bit more consistent with what happened in s2 but did we just forget about the political tensions in s1 orrr

IVE HAD ENOUGH OF MAKO

sometimes it really is embarrassing to be known for my fandom obsessions cuz like its one thing for my friends to tease me about it cuz they know me but then people i dont know that well will be like 'oh youre into that right' and i have to be like oh yes i am in fact into it. in a very normal way of course. and i have to look them in the eyes like i dont have a shrine of my favorite characters on my bedroom wall

ok i think tlok is a little more action-heavy which i do like cuz all the plot happened a little faster but also that ending for s1 felt way too convenient. like i was thinking theres no way korra just got all her bending back maybe the caveat is that she can only access it in the avatar state and also aang took forever to master the avatar state so maybe itll be like that but nope she really just has all her bending back and can easily enter avatar state i guess. also i havent started s2 yet so maybe theres more to it but like mannn. AND ALSO MAKO IS PISSING ME OFF GET AWAYYYYY FROM HER
