it doesn't prove your point. i could exempt myself from further transmisogynistic violence in a way a trans woman cannot. i could never be v-coded (arrested and put in a men's prison specifically to be targeted by prisoners for sexual assault to pacify them). i cannot be simultaneously denied my womanhood and also be subjected to misogynistic laws that only apply to women (see: trans women who have been arrested for being topless at "free the nipple" rallies and then put in men's prisons, despite the fact that being topless is only an indecency crime for women). i can't be a victim of murder because of the trans panic defense (when a trans woman discloses her sex assignment to a man she has been seeing and he murders her and claims he blacked out in disgust, which has been used to declare men innocent of murder several times). i can't be arrested for sexual assault because i didn't tell someone im trans before we had sex (this has happened to many trans women who had bottom surgery and are indistinguishable from cis women)

but they are not the primary targets of it. you get that, right? just because someone who isn't transfeminine could be mistaken as transfeminine and harassed for it doesn't make us the primary targets of transmisogyny, and because we can excuse ourselves from further transmisogyny and stop that harassment we are then "transmisogyny exempt" or tme. "transmisogyny exemptable" may be a more clear way of phrasing it. it doesn't mean we can't ever catch strays, but it does mean that we are not subjected to constant transmisogyny like transfeminine people are

sorry you arent making sense. you say tma ppl cant show verification through id or body inspection, which would lead me to believe that a legally transitioned trans fem with bottom surgery would be tma, but one of the examples you provided is trans women with body surgery being arrested for sa because they dont disclose theyre trans.
