went back today to see if i could actually donate anything and the exact same shit happened- heart rate was too high again. hate how fucking stressed I get being in any sort of hospital-adjacent medical facility. doesn't help that a lady who wasn’t the one doing my physical exam chimed in about my heart rate and said I might need to see a cardiologist cause of my brother having a history of heart problems and needing a pace maker- like yeah thats supposed to help me slow and calm my heart implying it might have something wrong with it thanks a lot(the actual person who did my physical there though was nice and reassuring at least)
