Besides sharing the first name, apparently Elizabeth Hamilton was very Elizabeth Bennet coded.

Eliza shocked Tench! They went to the Cohoes Falls in 1775 with some friends and she climbed the rocks in full 18th century dress–– something that seemed to scare and impress Tench.
