There was rain, there was hail, there was a storm, there was cold, there were dark clouds, there was no piece of blue sky visible, nor the sun! I ride my bike every evening even in this kind of weather I have clothes to protect me against the rain and the cold but of course riding a bicycle in the evening it’s much more pleasant when the weather is nice but the weather isn’t always that nice, actually it’s mostly not that nice, but why should that be an excuse to stay indoors instead going out and be healthy, it’s just rain you get dry! Light has returned I do no longer have to ride my bicycle in the dark! Spring has announced itself by illuminating my world! Yes, It is a darned good tasting Chinese style noodles soup, at least to my taste, which is quite normal because I’m the one who made it and has to eat it! There’s a lot of stuff in there mostly healthy and organic stuff! For those of you calling organically grown food rubbish and way to expensive because at the local supermarket you can buy “exactly” the same for half the price or even less! No, you cannot, you can buy vegetables at the supermarket but absolutely not the same quality as the organically grown version, which tastes better, has no chemicals sprayed upon it to make it last longer, to kill every living organisms on it or in its vicinity, doesn’t have man made growth accelerators in its system, has the time to produce vitamins, minerals and natural sugars and probably more benefits but I’m starting to getting hungry so I’m ending my organic infomercial now! A storm called, Ciara! Ferocious winds almost blew my bike including me om it backwards but a healthy lifestyle kept me going! At some point the landscape surrounding the dirt road I was riding became really intense which made me dismount and do some exploring on foot! Wet it was, very wet which made the exploring part on foot short lived! The storm blew full force luckily I had some cover by a line of trees behind me the birds in the distance however had a great time and weren’t bothered by the 100+ km/h winds at all as I was watching them flying with extremely high speed! Looking at this picture it brings back memories of the taste, which when I remember correctly was pretty awesome! A soup it is, noodles soup, which is a broth containing noodles, vegetables, sometimes meat but in this case, marinated tofu! It’s a Chinese style soup as is all my food, chinese style I mean not always soup of course! Sichuan peppercorns are in there giving the dish a somewhat numbing taste and chilies to provide a bit of heat! Many vegetables like wild spinach, roman broccoli, daikon radish and probably some more but I forgot it’s been a few days since eating it!
