If the Dutchman and Davy Jones are the canonical undertaker of all sailors, then Elizabeth is the one who marks them. Which makes it very, very poetic that she marries the man who takes over as captain of the Flying Dutchman.

So whatever her connection is, it long predates her adulthood.

I got this ugly ass cat no one wanted as a foster cat during the pandemic. Turns out she’s the most charming creature on earth and everyone loves her. They told me she was a male so I started referring to her as Brudder. She’s really dumb and likes to stare at walls. She eat bugs when they get in the house and yells a lot. Anyway, this little goober has a tear duct that healed shut when she was a kitten after an eye infection. It costs about $1300 to have a stint put in so she can be a little less ugly. I wouldn’t normally spend this much cash on a cat but she licks my arm sometimes.
