Blue Sargent & Ronan Lynch, both born from the forest, with fathers who were cowards but also gave them magic. Blue who is a mirror and Ronan who can pull things through the looking glass. Ronan’s father waking with blue flowers. Ronan throwing his legs over Adam’s lap, and Blue throwing hers over Ronan’s. one day at 6 am i thought about how two people that are very similar personality wise (blue and ronan) bring out two opposite feelings (silence and noise) out of the two people who want to be like each other (gansey and adam). it's such an interesting contrast idk. AND blue who is coming from a loud house being able to bring quiteness to gansey and ronan who is coming from more of a steady/calm house bringing noise to adam who is himself quite and observer. much to think about but this is all i got so far.

hey guys do you think once ronan accidentally catches declan and jordan fooling around together running at the backyard of the barns while trying to fly a kite together and he just freezes seeing how carefree declan looks and how genuinely he laughs looking excited for something so simple and he gets this very canonical younger sibling moment when he suddenly realises that his big brother (his always composed and cynical brother that he does not remember being this free for the long time) was a child once too except no one gave him a right to be one and he had his own dreams and fears and hopes he buried for their family so now he is standing in the kitchen and overwhelmed with guilt and love altogether and just wants to cry because he loves declan so much. and he says nothing but the next morning declan wakes up surrounsed by thousands of stupid toys and does not know what to make of it.
