He's just a sensitive soul who just found out Optimus Prime sacrificed himself for the planet. You don't have to read lines, only make a couple of sounds for the character (the game's style).

This just shows the hurt he might have felt when Megatron left, said hurt he didn't want to admit. After all its Megatron, he's Megatron, being hurt over his "betrayal" would be conflicting to him as Magnus cares a lot about duty. Another factor is Megatron is seen as the enemy to a degree, or at the very least his reputation still holds weight in the eyes of many. Admitting he's hurt that someone with that reputation and past might upset others, and make the feelings he's grown to have for Megatron more real.

So he snaps back, he covers it with anger, he pretends the hurt is in fact anger. Said hurt only revealed itself when he was unable to move after sitting down. I do believe this is caused by his emotional turmoil regarding Megatron's supposed betrayal, after all the armor connects to Minimus himself. So one could make the inference (which was hinted at I believe in the comic as well) that him not being able to move is due to the intense feelings he felt. The only reason he could move again was because of Rodimus comforting Magnus which leads Magnus to open up a little about his dynamic with Megatron:
