Sorry to break it to you, but there are things that are outside of our control as humans, because at the day that's what we are: HUMAN.

Just because we know who we are when all is said and done, that we're connected to source, God or whatever people believe in, does not negate the fact that right now, we're human, with human limitations and emotions and such.

So NO, our negative circumstances aren't our faults. Life can be horrible to people for absolutely no reason and that's not our faults as people living in those circumstances. You think a young girl in Palestine or Sudan would see this and think, "hmm, you're right. I did all of this so I have to fix it." ABSOLUTELY NOT

↳ I've known about shifting since 2020. I took a LOOOOONG break in 2024, I basically gave up on shifting because it didn't align with my beliefs anymore, i was christian back then, but recently, like september 2025, I found myself back in the shifting sphere and im glad i found my way back to it shem. I have to admit, it's pretty daunting posting about shifting again (I used to post a lot on Instagram before my break) but it seems fun to have people to relate to, and I'm seeing all these accounts on here with nice aesthetics and stuff and their posts look SOOO FUN so I thought I'd share a bit about myself too.

I mainly post about my drs and my shifting journey in general. There are some posts that I would consider advice posts just to give motivation and insight to people who may feel like they're struggling in their journeys. That being said, im not an expert but I will say, since being in the shifting community for over five years, I know a thing or two about what im talking about. Obviously, take everything i post with a grain of salt, your shifting journey is your own.

I had plenty of doubts. Like, loads. I didn’t trust myself. I was constantly “checking the 3D” or whatever. I did everything, absolutely everything wrong! And it was the best way. I was free. For once. I was free. I forgot everything to do with the LOA. With how you’re supposed to, how it’s supposed to be. Fuck it. I checked the 3D and let go of the guilt of ‘checking’. I was worried about my life, YES. And it didn’t change a thing. I threw all that out the window and just went with whatever real despair I had. The only thing I knew was that no one could help me. That’s it. I accepted my powerlessness and just let myself do it. So I did it again and again, the same thing. Nothing more. I counted and affirmed. Until it worked anyway. And I don’t have anything I can offer as advice because in the end even the so-called advice didn’t help. I felt like I was in a mental prison where I had to constantly monitor my thoughts despite all the bloody pain I was living through. And I just said “fuck off! those people don’t know what I’m going through, I’ll do it myself.”I was tired of feeling that way. It was horrible. I genuinely tried their “way” but it didn’t work. And I say it didn’t work because I stuck with it for a long time, during which I didn’t mess around with my 'manifestation' at all. Even after I stopped I kept monitoring my thoughts, that's how deep it was. People are different and that’s it. What might have worked for you regardless of your beliefs doesn’t apply to everyone. I did it, and I broke free from that mental prison. You have no idea how hard it was. And if anyone says, “it’s what you assumed” that’s what you’re assuming about me because you don’t know me. This is my final act of rebellion against all the blame that was heaped upon me. It was originally a community where we could all help one another, and you should all recognise that every individual is genuinely unique. You know nothing about anyone, no matter how much time you spend with them. If you’re reading this and it resonates with you, know that it’s not your fault – you can do this. I know how exhausting it can be, but just remember that many people will simply assume whatever they want about you. No one can truly see what you’re going through except you. I know it’s tiring to be strong. I know it’s exhausting to stand up even when you’ve drained every last ounce of energy. I can’t do much to help, but if you feel like you’re doing everything wrong... You aren’t. Give yourself permission to be angry. Whatever you want, do it. And then don’t give a damn whether you’re right or wrong. Whether you waiver or not. Whether you check the 3D or not. Screw all that you’ll succeed with or without them

Please stop relying so much on Tumblr, shifttok, whatever it may be, and start relying on yourself.

Tumblr is a pretty good source of information. Sure, there are lots of misinformation, and it's not perfect, but it's an okay tool when you first get into shifting. It's basically there to show you the ropes.

But over time, I feel like people rely more and more on it, almost scared to let go. Maybe because you don't feel ready. But then again, when will you ever if not now? Some of you scroll on here, reading all those blogs, or perhaps even not reading them, just doom scrolling through them. Because I'm sorry, but I really believe that If you were reading all these stuff others put on here, after a certain amount of these advices,motivation, etc etc, you'd notice that the majority of this stuff, really is the same things written over and over again, just put differently, or changed up ever so slightly, but at its core, most of it is just being repeated over and over again. Even the post you're reading right now, has already appeared on shiftblr about a thousand times.

And I'm not saying that shiftblr bloggers should stop posting all together, or by no means am I trying to criticize them just to be clear.

What I'm simply trying to highlight, is that some people seem to be addicted to Tumblr. Perhaps it's because reading all those posts makes you feel like you're actually productive in your shifting journey, like you're making some progress. But you're not. And again, sure some posts might be helpful and all, make you realize something, but if you've been here for years and you're still looking for that one post that will make you shift, tough luck (Laufey reference??)

It's a bit like when a child is learning how to ride a bike. You can try to teach it all the theory, but it doesn't matter, because the kid will learn by actually getting on the bike, maybe falling off a few times, and eventually, finding out what works so that the bike will ride steadily.

If you were to ask me what helped me in my shifting journey, I'd tell you without a doubt and in simple words "fuck around and find out". Just experiment. Have fun, get creative, live a little! Let go of the idea that the only way to shift is by following in someone elses steps. Because you're not someone else. You're you! :)

GOING HOME ... which reality would you consider to be your main one?

i've never posted about this one, but my college dr is so dear to me and there was a time that it's the only place i ever wanted to shift to, so i'd have to say that one

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN ... where was the first place you ever tried to shift?

my marauders dr as james potter's sister (which i still am in my current marauders) and dating marlene mckinnon. this is actually so nostalgic to me because i had my script on a crumpled piece of paper under my pillow sleeping in starfish position every night 😭

NEW MOON ... what reality have you most recently decided to experience?

attack on titan and wicked

my fame dr because i just sit around and do random shit and go on vacations cause i'm rich

my ever after high dr!! because the only thing i do there is school, hang out with friends, go to wonderland, and participate in the dragon games!!

the walking dead or tlou probably. buttttt i have a lotttt of safety scripted in, dw guys, i'm not going to die!! aot is probably gonna be pretty dangerous too, though

A LONG TIME COMING ... what is a reality you have not yet reached?

all of them 😭 but we are all master shifters, so why would it matter when we reach them as long as we do? which, we will!!

minecraft!! maybe not that niche but nobody talks about it 😭
