಄ INTENTION: i do this everyday, for every single thing. if i'm drinking water, i'm setting an intention, if i'm eating, i'm setting an intention, if i'm showering, playing a game, watching a movie, going out etc etc i'm setting an intention. this is smth i like to do bc not only do i feel so much more present, setting intentions becomes so much more natural?? it's like a habit so later on when i intend to shift, it doesn't feel strange or unattainable, it's what i do w everything ykwim

Simon Williams was born at Northridge Hospital Medical Center in Northridge, Los Angeles, California. As a child, he had a role in his school play, Twelfth Night, where his performance was admired by his father, Sanford Williams. Simon did not have any friends and was bullied by other children. THERE'S A STARMAN !

Diane and Simon are fundamentally opposites who accidentally become exactly what the other person needs. Despite all the bickering, there's an obvious emotional intimacy between them. They understand the strange reality of being actors who have to hide supernatural identities better than almost anyone else could.

I genuinely believe that introducing the concept of methods in the shifting community has done more harm than good to shifters, even though it may not seem that way at first.

When I first found out about shifting "methods" weren't a "core" aspect of a shifter's journey, but as this concept got popularized I've seen people treat and consider shifting more and more as a "textbook" practice rather than an individual or personal one, when they should do the opposite.

For this exact reason I 100% think that if "methods" and the idea behind them were never introduced, and people were taught abt shifting as something that you just can simply do (which is literally the case), they wouldn't have as many subconscious limiting beliefs regarding their ability to shift and how to do it -> shifting would be "easier". And i can say this because, most shifters struggle with believing (consciously and/or subconsciously) that they don't need particular steps (methods) to shift, and even when they've already experienced "failures" by the hands of said methods, they struggle to let go of that belief.

So, no! I'm not going to recommend x, y, or z method, because in my opinion it's already sad that when somebody thinks about shifting, their first reflex is to look for a method to try, instead of knowing with certainty that the ability lies fully within themselves. If anything, I'd encourage everyone to just let go of methods, and forget they were ever such a big part of shifting as we know it.
