spends the ENTIRE EPISODE just staring at her. is incredulous at the question of her hotness because the idea that someone doesn't understand she's hot is incomprehensible. spills coffee because too busy Gazing

fuck it. be creative even if you never really *make* anything. write out plot synopses of stories and then move on. design OCs you'll never use. make mood boards and concept art and don't do anything with them. life's too short to forget everything that inspired you and creation doesn't have to be "complete" to be worth the time you put into it.

huge fan of when characters love each other and are closely bonded in an explicitly nonromantic way. however ☝️ i am very much not a huge fan of what happens when characters like this are introduced to fandom

it's kinda funny to me that cuddy, in canon, experiences what we can most definitely describe as compulsory heterosexuality, but it just is not talked about by the fandom — either in headcanoning cuddy as a lesbian or in which characters "have comphet" — because it doesn't lend well to the stereotype of "comphet lesbian" nor the fanon of "cuddy as a lesbian" ... which is, still, to completely gloss over the fact that compulsory heterosexuality isn't lesbian-exclusive, and, of course, that cuddy's character does not lend well to a lesbian reading. this is to say, not that cuddy's character should be read as lesbian (i emphatically disagree), but that the reality of her character in the show is understated in favour of leaning into stereotypes of her archetype — and, as said above, stereotypes about "people who have comphet" — that have very little basis. i think cuddy's struggle with romance and messy desires and non-desires is very interesting... i would like anyone to consider it !!
