whenever i cant force myself to complete tasks i start thinking shit like “they should invent a cocaine thats lowkey good for you” and then i go. Oh Yeah. I Need Medicine.

oh the things I have the power to change? yeah those are really piling up and it's kinda stressing me out so tbh i was going to put them off until I'm a little more even-keeled, a little more ready for it. the ones I can influence but not control? i was really Thinking about this one, really Thinking about it, and i think there's two options. either I can't control it and i can just let it drift on by or: get all up in its business and assert myself over the whole thing so now it IS my problem. possibly i let it drift for a bit until it's worse but then I'm justified in going whole ham and besides, I'm saving my strength. the things I don't have the power to change? My plan for that one was basically yowling
