And where exactly are these friends meant to post these congratulations? Alba and Chris haven’t posted anything publicly so they can’t comment on something that’s not there. Are they meant to comment under an article from TMZ or People or just randomly make a post congratulating them. These people know their public accounts are watched so they will congratulate them in person, via a call, via a text or via a message. Not everything has to be done in public. Tom or Zane have never posted their children nor has any celebrity or friend from memory publicly congratulated them. Does that means it fake.

And so what if the names are similar. Is it that much different from a man being named after his father. Chris’s dad is officially George Robert Evans III or any other child getting name for a relative.

God if you look at just about every celebrity home that’s for sale they always drop the price. They get listed at the high end of the market to test it and drop, in most cases to the price that they know they will get.

He has his Carlisle house, still uses the VT one and now one in PT (his own words he said they have one there). All on the East coast and PT is easlier to get to form Boston than LA.

Auditions can be done via video or if they have to be in LA they stay in a hotel or rent a place if filming. Chris hasn’t filmed in LA since TGM and is for his upcoming one. Production company provides accommodation.

Didn’t they tell us he was selling his LA house way back in 2023 remember it was going on the market then. It most have been 3 or 4 times mid kept telling us he was selling it. Finally they were right about something😂

OMG the bar blinds were so unbelievable I can’t believe people think they were true or send in by a team. Going to a bar in a well known area in Boston which is always busy, then a female joins the actor for a drink and they leave. Then the follow up blinds now not only having the actor going to back to the some bar in the same area after being exposed but he has NDAs for the bar staff (nice nod to the alleged wedding NDAs) but nothing for the other customers. Staff could tell the actor to F off. Of course they then had to throw in details of the female as she was well known in the area. So you have a famous actor and a well known local in a very public place hinting at they are having an affair getting exposed in blinds but still returning to the same place with NDAs then disappearing for months only to then return to the same bar/area again in high tourist season.

Regina has no right to talk about someone being up anyone's ass, because Alba isn't the one who had to delete nearly 7k posts about Chris and his personal life. Alba probably hasn't made 7k posts in her life altogether, but Regina has made thousands talking about HER. The only ass Regina resides in more than Alba's is her own.

Him re listing it now makes sense as it’s going into summer. They probably arranged it with the agent when they were in LA in March to relist now and removed the gym equipment to better show the guest house area.
