Why "Alala"? I chose the name Ala-alaā (Tagalog for "memory" or "to remember")ābecause this theme is inspired by the Y2K era, a time that feels so nostalgic and digital. Much like how the early internet was a place where we kept our first digital memories, this theme is designed to help you capture and display your own moments. Itās about the beauty of looking back while moving forward.

shitty MS Paint 3 minutes doodle, nto entirely accurate: When you have your pinky hooked on the ābottomā edge of the phone for the extra security so it doesnāt slide out of your hand that easily, youāre wreaking damage on your hand, since the pinky is extremely askew from itās resting position. You might have noticed that when you hold your phone like that for long time it begins to hurt, like when you are gripping a pen too tightly for example.
Green lines - the fingers are going their natural way. Red line - the pinky is way off, thatās bad.
Reminder that large phones are never better for hand health (I get they're sometimes necessary for eye health) and that none of these were designed for smaller handed people (because cis men made them for themselves!), which includes a whole bunch of folks, but especially kids, who are getting wrist issues super early because of this.
