“Could you say that again?”
Tech’s facial expression drops, only to form into somewhat of a scowl as he turns to you. “Were you not listening?” he questions, and huffs at the thought of having to repeat himself. The hand that he has resting on the outside of the ship taps impatiently, fingers drumming against the metal, and Tech shifts his weight, propping himself against the ship.
It’s not like you can help it. Tech does have a tendency to babble on, and it can be hard to focus when he talks so fast, not giving you a window to jump in and ask questions. You’ve tried talking over him before, or simply saying 'excuse me’ when you need to ask a question, but apparently interruptions cause him to lose his train of thought, and you should keep your questions until the end - How are you meant to remember all your questions? Especially when you have hundreds of them?

Both of you go on missions and fight in a war, a thought occured to you: any time could be the last time you see each other. You have confidence in your abilities and Clone Force 99's, but there are times where you can't help to overthink of the "what ifs".
You and the Batchers are preparing your gear before you all head out for a mission. You approach the tall, dark, broody and a toothpick himself. Crosshair notices you look more serious than usual, but he can still see that playful glint in your eyes when you're closing in on his space. Before he can say anything, you make your move.
Crosshair's eyes widen for a split second when you leave a kiss on his cheek. Both of your flirting has been expressed throughout words, not actions, and usually it was out of fun and the competition of making the other flustered or speechless.
Crosshair makes a poker face, although his cheeks slightly flushed, but not as red as your face.
"For luck," You say louder than intended. You turn away from him.
Before you can walk away, Crosshair grabs your arm and makes you face him. Your eyes are looking anywhere, but Crosshair's, until he calls out your name and tells you to look at him. His expression unreadable.
"You missed." Crosshair utters and flicks his toothpick away. Your confusion dies down when he leans in and kisses you softly on the lips. He doesn't deepen the kiss. He waits for you to reciprocate and you don't make him wait too long from your shock as you caressed his face.
Both of you pull away, breathing heavily and foreheads touching until Crosshair smirks and teases, "Your aim could use more work," which makes you glare at him and slap his arm. He moves away before you could land a hit on him. The bastard never looked so smugged.
Lmao so I saw some of those pictures of people getting scared in haunted houses and thought they were a funny reaction for the boys seeing grievous in spider mode for the first time.

idea: scene with two characters eagerly stripping each other clearly about to bone, but they keep getting interrupted by finding carefully concealed weapons in each other’s clothing, so they keep just unholstering, revealing and unstrapping increasingly ludicrous amounts of hidden guns and knives as the clothes come off, and it’s lowkey killing the mood a little
Alternatively: it's not killing the mood at all but it's totally making both of them giggle like they're twelve and possibly get lowkey competitive in a subconscious way about who has the most to drop.
The more that I think of it the more I'm seeing the incredible intimacy of letting someone know where you keep your backup knife.

It’s not that there’s already a bunch of weapons hidden underneath the sink that makes it awkward so much as that there’s so many weapons hidden underneath the sink that they fall out of the cabinet with the unmistakable sound of a knife-alanche, and then the other person comes in like “I can explain!” and you’re just dead-ass standing there with your own armload of weapons like “I can also explain.”
