As mentioned previously, I’ve really been digging the sounds coming from Los Angeles duo Yourself in Peace as of late. So much, in fact, that I reached out to the band in hopes of conducting an interview, a request to which they kindly obliged. Given the fact that my location (Missouri) is quite far from their location (California), we went ahead and did an Internet-classic email-interview, where I sent them a few questions and they sent back a few answers. Read on to learn about the band as they introduce themselves and talk a bit about their upbringing in L.A., their influences, collaborations, Chilean poetry, and more.
