this is my updated study space! i recently moved houses and i now have a much smaller room than i had before which means i now have a smaller desk. i have not finished decorating yet, i’m planning on painting this wall a navy blue and adding two shelves. i love the fairy lights though, they add such a nice touch!

now i’ve finally finished the harry potter series, i’m now reading the ascent of gravity by marcus chown 🌒 (ft. some lavender i picked from the garden and the first of many bookmarks i plan to make) 💫

i swear all of my pictures are starting to look the same because all i ever do is sit at this desk and read and drink caffeinated beverages :-) yesterday was Not Productive and i’m sitting here, coffee in hand, trying real hard not to slide down into Time to Panic. i want to hang out in I’ve Got This, or I Am Determined to Not Let This Assignment Defeat Me, or! maybe i could even chill in I Love What I Do for the rest of the day. stay tuned to see where kate ends up on her map of moods
