~ ABOUT ME ~

Hi! My name is Gabi; I’m 19; and I’m a freshman in college! I’m majoring in music business, and I just finished my first semester. So far I’ve only taken one class toward my major, but I really enjoyed it, and I’m excited to keep learning. I’m so excited for the coming semester, and I wanted to start a studyblr because I love all things organization, and I love seeing the way other people take notes and study! Below is a little bit more about me.

How do you tackle a task that for ages you’ve been procrastinating and every time you look at it you’ve got no clue where to start or what to write?

Idk but what sometimes works for me (after much avoidance and dancing around said task) is breaking it down. Sentence by sentence. Bullet point by bullet point.

I’ll treat each like it’s the only one I have to do and pretend that if I flesh it out with one or two lines it’ll be enough. By the time I put it all together, I’ve come a long way. I just have to decide whether or not to keep going.

Oct 2: Do you have any Autumn traditions?

10.02.21 | ⚜️ I’m a bit healthier but drowning in Knowledge Organization as a course. Its a huge topic! Kind of overwhelming. I’ve been reading about domain analysis for a reflection paper, and criminal evidence warehouses through the lens of the archival turn. At least I can read outside and enjoy the leaves and parks.
