when I was first making an account here on the good ol' hellsite, for some odd reason it wasn't accepting any of my names (even though the issue wasn't 'that name was taken" it would just give me some kind of error message), so I HAD to choose one of the auto-generated usernames, and because this one had "phantom" in the name (I joined tumblr because of the disney's haunted mansion fandom) I deemed it the best. I nearly used one with "crow" in the name, so in an alternate timeline maybe everyone calls me crow instead of phantom! XD

I'm pretty sure tt was because I was on an questionably legal streaming site trying to stream a movie for friends at the time and I had to make an account. I hit the autogenerate button and it gave me a name similar to "Asmodeus" so I changed it to that. Then came time to make my IG account and I recycled the name and added "arts" because.... I was doodling :'))

In this AU, the Lamb definitely intended it as a loophole to get Narinder out of the Gateway - though this was long before the knew of his command for their sacrifice.

They had fully intended to use Narinder himself as a power boost on crusades and his constant presence to help them run the cult and absolutely decimate the Old Faith in no time.

While Narinder was seriously hesitant at first to accept their batshit crazy proposal, he shrugged after some pondering and decided "Okay, why not?"

My mans was eager to get out.

However, as it turns out, his chains aren't so simple to get out of.

While he could possess his Vessel, he could not go any further than the cult grounds. Narinder would, in essence, be immediately Bluetooth disconnected the moment his (the Lamb's) feet passed the threshold.

There was definitely a lot of experimentation involved and several deaths on the Lamb's behalf as a result. But the two eventually found a Limbo that they could exploit to make it work.

For now, all Narinder is capable of is essentially being given house arrest within the cult. He uses this time to enjoy simple things, like food, napping in the sun, contorting the Lamb's joints and bones in ways they *aren't supposed to bend*, only to laugh when they get their body back and have to unbreak their own spine. I appreciate your ask <3

Next round of some my favorite and requested Lamb and Narinder designs! I find it fascinating how everyone interprets them differently. The more of these I do the more I learn and it's all been very fun! (also as you can see if i already did your lamb or narinder watch out i might be circle back again lol, it's neat seeing how they both compare ^^) if any of them seem interesting to you please check the designers out!

Lyra, my beloved cat of 13 years, passed away this year on Father's Day. She's been by my side through very difficult times and was my little rock of steady and unrelenting love. I struggled a lot drawing this, and struggled a lot posting it, but I know I would've wanted to read a comic like this that validated my grief for her when I lost her.
