Yes, actually! Aside from the third eye, which came with their new found role as a god/cult leader, and the black patches of wool on their head, back and chest, their fingers are different from regular sheep or goat hooves. Longer, proper knuckles that come with an extra segment that makes it almost look like their hands’ skeletal structure was visible from the get go. It isn’t.
Other sheep and goats have normal hooves for fingers, and Azrael got the unexpected mutation that made them closer to the non-hooved creatures than to their own people.
Better dexterity, but they had to have a lot of custom-made things during their time in Woolhaven before their time in The Old Faith. And that continued to be needed long after
