Curiouser and Curiouser

The fact that there is a racism problem in that country and mine (Paraguay) does not mean the entire population is composed of racist white people. Our governments absolutely did racist shit, and large parts of the populations have racist beliefs, that is true. But ironically, while trying to paint entire countries as white and racist you are acting like the millions of poc here don't exist. 77% of people in Paraguay are non white. I couldn't find an exact number for Argentina but it is around 15-20% (while a smaller proportion, those people still exist and should not be omitted).

We don't ignore the racism. There are thousands of activists here already doing the work to dismantle it. If you really care, then AMPLIFY THE VOICES OF THE PEOPLE YOU SUPPOSEDLY CARE ABOUT. If you are from the global north, then educate yourself about anti-racism and anti-colonial activism here instead of taking a place of moral superiority and talking down to us.

Que sepan que los únicos que deberían criticarnos somos nosotros, porque ellos no quieren y nunca van a querer lo mejor para nuestros países. Les conviene antagonizarnos ante el resto del mundo y les conviene que no estemos unidos.

Still one of the best animations I've ever done. Took just under a week and was equal parts fun and challenging. So here are some process passes! The full version had too many colors so I had to do some compression T0T

First, figure out what you want as a cursor. I'm going to be changing mine to a Skyrim mouse.

So first you get a picture of whatever you want, as clean as possible:

Open your favorite art program and clean it up, then save as a png:

Then go here and convert it to a .cur file. Make sure there's no gap between the corner of the arrow and the corner of the png.

Next you go to Control Panel:

Select Mouse from the list:

Then go to the Pointers tab and pick whichever mouse cursor you want to replace.

Click "Browse..." and find the .cur file you made earlier:

And voila! I now have a Skyrim cursor.

You may have to tinker with the size a bit to get the point to be accurate. If that happens, just resize your png and convert to .cur again.
