Also may i present an (sort of)arranged marriage au of them where after the ta was defeated and alabaster, instead of being banished by zeus, hera actually steps in and force him to be jason’s guard/protector/servant since she knows what she’s about to do. It doesn’t have to be a marriage necessarily but this au involves hera and I just want to spice it up. Sorry if this is incoherent, this truly came to me 10 minutes ago like a vision and boinked me in the head

this poses the question, however, does Alabaster remain at Camp Jupiter when Jason is brought to CHB? Or does he go with him and have to face the campers he fought against only a few months ago?

Both are full of flavour imo, because if he stays at CJ then you know PERCY but if he goes to CHB then theres Annabeth, Chris, Clarisse, all these faces of people who know him as an enemy, maybe even as someone they trusted, as Kronos' general, etc, etc. People he betrayed who probably blame him for a lot of their casualties. People he himself doesn't like, people he blames for his casualties. He left this camp because he didn't have a place in it, thats not going to change suddenly just because Hecate has a cabin because he betrayed the camp.

Freshly appointed Preator Grace, traumatised from the events of Mt Othyrs, having been called to outside Camp Jupiter. He sees Juno, so far normal, he sees Trivia, weird duo but okay, and he sees... Saturn's demigod general?? Okay what's going on now?

Alabaster is supposed to be his new bodyguard/servant/ apparently betrothed(!?). Jason suddenly is very curious how that talk in Olympus went. Where is he going to sleep? He's not part of the legion, but they can't just let the former general into New Rome either. Reyna jokingly suggests they can share a room. Jason is not impressed. He would very much like it if Alabaster didn't antagonise everyone, too.

He wakes up in the bus surrounded by Piper and Leo, and head slumped against Alabaster's shoulder. He doesn't know why this boy is glaring at him (He doesn't know anything who is Jason??) but he's carding his fingers through his hair and that's nice. Can they stay like that for a while? No? Okay.

Cue the canyon shenanigans.

He remembered the day his foster parents brought him home, Wyn and Octavian had bickered for hours about training techniques and how they'd help Jason. In the end he'd been the one helping them.

Yet here she was, defending the witch as his army raided their camp for the second time this week. Darting out from behind other soldiers as the legionnaires tried to attack them.
