In V&V universe, what sorts of things do Jabber and Zanka do together? Like, if it's a rainy day and they're stuck in the house, what do they do to pass the time? What sorts of hobbies do they have in their downtime, and do they do them together, or separately in the same room?

I always like hearing what sorts of "irrelevant" headcanons authors give characters in their AUs; the type of stuff that doesn't really have a place in the main story but are still part of how you imagine them. So if you ever decided to make a headcanon list for V&V I'd be absolutely thrilled to see it 💛)

I like to think they alternate who takes over dinner, but the other is always lingering near to talk or hand over veggies/utensils/etc

Lots of studying. Jabber is the one who reminds Zanka to take breaks and stretch. But that always leads to cuddling or making out so then the studying stops and thats why Zanka fights him on taking breaks lol

Im personally big on quality time so i imagine a lot of their time at home is movie watching while laying over each other and tiktok scrolling, sending each other videos when theyre right next to each other.

Hair care of course. Zanka learns everything to help wash or care for jabbers locs, often being the one to remind jabber to put his hair up before he falls asleep (like jabber knows yoo but if hes locked in or super tired hes just falling asleep where he can without thinking about it)

I also like the idea of them always getting each other little things that remind them of the other. A candy from the checkout counter. An energy drink before a night of studying. Little things.

I LOVE casual acts of love. Zanka opens Jabbers drinks for him before handing them to him. Jabber soothingly massages zankas neck or legs post workout. After that one time Jabber asked, Zanka NEVER forgets to spoon him for bed. Jabber usually wakes up a couple minutes earlier and will finger comb Zankas hair until the alarm goes off.

Jabber takes candid pics. Zanka will always have a hand on Jabber in public. Finger in his belt loop (he gets distracted easy so it helps keep tabs on him too), hand in hand, at the base of his spine, hand in his back pocket, hand on his knee when they sit, etc. Always.

And ofc a kiss before they go separate ways every time.

I also like the idea that they do still go to the bar on weekends with riyo and rudo just not necessarily to get wasted. Its just fun to go be out and Jabber does still like poking at Zankas jealousy but after the hospitalization, i think i plan to have it to where Zanka doesnt even get jealous anymore. He knows thats his man and vice versa. Still likes to pin Jabber to a wall after and remind him of it tho 🥰

Like Jabber is freaked out in the way he talks, in the way he fights, in all the sexual innuendos but in reality he is a touch adversed demisexual virgin that has a vivid imagination.

Basically Jabber equivalent to a aspec/inexperienced teen fanfic writer who write the most raunchiest but best smut of all time.

Then on top of that, him meeting a real freak. Zanka. Cause that man gets bitchesssss. Which all come about accidentally. Zanka would never go out looking for someone, they find him. He also has had baby gay experiences since his hellgaurd training days.

I know this is out of character, but I like to imagine that in modern aus once they get thought they're issues (Well, as many as they can) and zanka accepts that he loves jabber hes kind has an all or nothing mindset so he drops the tsundere act and kind becomes annoying about jabber whenever its brought up that they're together. If its not brought up though they act normally (well, as normal as they can) since I hate people who are way too lovey dovey lol.

Wish there was more moments with just the two of them.
