If it has nothing to do with my job then it stays the fuck out of my store. We do not deserve to be threatened with violence like having our "fucking faces punched in" just because no one came to help you when you had a flat tyre on the side of the road today. Boohoo. Go have a cry somewhere else. We are not your punching bags for your shitty lives. When people come in like this and decide to offload their tragic backstories to us, I honestly don't give a single shit. I'm not a therapist. I'm also not getting paid enough to deal with your trauma. Keep your personal tragedies to yourselves. When we don't have the ability to tell you to fuck off, you are trapping us and holding us hostage to your emotional abuse. I know this may sound harsh, but I really am sick of customers treating us like therapists. Especially the ones who feel a need to get angry and violent towards us when we don't react the way they want us to. I understand people have bad days, but I do not need to hear it in explicit detail, and I do not need to be threatened over it.
