the world weeps when terrorist camps are reduced to dust—but stayed silent when our people were turned to ashes. was our blood not red enough to stain headlines? did it not matter, just because it flowed quietly through classrooms and prayer halls in Poonch? where was the outrage when bombs fell on unaware children in response to us shelling their terrorists? when prayers were silenced mid-sentence in Gurudwara?

was peace not a global concern then?

was humanity not an international concern when our unarmed citizens were hunted down and killed right in front of their family—mercilessly shot in the name of religion—when all they wanted was to enjoy a vacation with their families in the hills of Pahalgam?

do only terrorists deserve mercy? not the child clutching his dead father’s shirt? not the mother who still sets a plate for the son who’ll never come home?

why does the world stay silent when we mourn, but raise its voice when we defend?

In this interview, there is image proof of an US-identified terrorist leading the funeral services for the terrorists killed by the Indian military. Right behind him is the Pakistani military. Moreover, these terrorists were draped in the flag of Pakistan. Tell me, if a terrorist receives a state funeral, does that not mean that the government is not only fully aware of the terrorism but also supporting it. The defence minister of Pakistan himself has admitted to supporting terrorism. Multiple times.

And to anyone saying it is about religion, remember that Operation Sindoor targeted ONLY terrorist camps. The same terrorists who put innocent civilians before gunpoint before asking their religion before shooting them. The same terrorists who shot the husbands in front of their wives and children. Over 550,000 mosques all over India prayed for the lives lost on 22nd april in Pahalgam. The pilot who carried out Operation Sindoor was Sofiya Qureshi. Pakistan tried to make this about religion but we know better than that. We are a secular country and Muslims are our brothers and sisters. Nobody hates Muslims, only terrorism. Anyone calling this Islamophobia is unwilling to open their eyes and see the truth.

India has the right to protect itself. As stated under UN article 51, a country has the right to protect itself from terrorist attacks. They killed 26 of our civilians, of which 25 were tourists. So when India retaliated for the attack, which was destroying only terrorist camps, Pakistan played the victim card. Since they know that the Indian military is more equipped, they try to get UN to intervene, or try to gather the world's sympathy. Along with that, they spread false news, on how civilians were attacked, on how they downed 5 Indian fighter jets, when no jet was involved in this, only drones. Their source of information (as evident from a recent interview) was social media. I am not denying that its impossible for civilian casualties, but the attack was specifically targeted towards terrorist camps.

Also Pakistan has lied before. They gave protection to Osama bin Laden for money. Since USA was providing funding to Pakistan to find Osama, Pakistan took the funding and yet helped Osama. How can you trust the government to not lie again regarding their on terrorism.

And anyone asking for the actual footage of the terrorist attack, the survivors were watching their family die in front of them. Don't be insensitive and expect them to record it.

no one here celebrates violence. no one wants war. but india has a right to defend itself. the world can’t keep ignoring us when we bleed, only to cry foul when we respond. and if you think terrorists deserve more empathy than the civilians they slaughtered then unfollow me. extremists are not welcome here.

and let me be clear: hate toward any religion is wrong. this isn’t about religion. this is about terrorism. the terrorists who pointed guns at civilians and decided who lives and who dies based on belief—they brought religion into this. not us.

May 10th, 01:40am: India retaliates, targeting and damaging Pakistani airbases.

May 10th, 5:30 am: Credible source confirm 5+ military bases attacked. Meanwhile drone attacks on Indian cities continue.

May 10th, afternoon: 11+ Pakistani military bases attacked.

May 10th, 15:35 pm. The DGMO, Pakistan dials up Indian diplomats requesting a ceasefire. The military heads of both countries reach an understanding to cease fire from 17:00 hours, while India's stance on the IWT policy holds.

And now we have Trump hyphenating India and Pakistan, trying to lord over a ceasefire that was directly brokered with an understanding between the two countries.

FYI, the ceasefire lasted less than an hour, though credible reports state the time to be less than 3 hours, before Pakistan started attacking Akhnoor.

Last night: Pakistan attacked 20+ cities, civilian residential areas along the Indo-Pak border the entire night.

And this is just the officially confirmed bits and I won't speak about the unofficial sensitive info. Mind you, our officials really don't release much info mostly because they know what things will be taken out of context like.

1. Leftists now are doing the very same thing that right wing bigots did - conflating ordinary Muslims living their everyday lives with extremist Islamist terrorists.

2. They’re doing this IN FAVOUR of the terrorists! To the point where every terrorist attack that kills innocent civilians is actually some sort of social justice praxis against “colonialism.”

For people who don't know - 7/7 refers to the suicide bombings on London public transport during morning rush hour on July 7, 2005. Extremist Islamist terrorists detonated bombs on three Underground trains and a bus, killing 52 people, and injuring almost 800. I was 19 years old at the time and can remember the aftermath vividly. Everyone in the country was afraid to use public transport because we didn't know if it would be an isolated incident. To this day, there are signs all over the British public transport system warning people to be on the lookout for anything out of place, which is a good idea which is nevertheless ripe for abuse by racists reporting people just for travelling while brown.
