I imagined Dean getting a letter from Ilvermorny. Or by whatever methods they use at Ilvermorny for the enrollment. Dean initially ignores it because of the mention of witchcraft and his concern over Sam. But he is keep reached by Ilvermorny.

One day, a person comes to greet him at the reeking motel room. Dean does not welcome the person, threatening the person to leave. However, despite his attempt and enraged reaction from his father, the person remains and insists him to be enrolled to control his magic.

By hearig this, Dean is perplexed and afraid of his father’s reaction. He knows how much his father hates anything ‘evil’. But the person changes his approach after the wild reaction. He or she points out the child neglect and lists the circumstances of Dean and Sam’s future in the environment they are exposed. The person reassures that they have a support program for the students who are in difficult circumstances, and that they will not only learn but will be well-taken care of. Which Dean’s father obviously does not provide.

Dean is still worried about Sam though. If he leaves, what will happen to Sam? He loves his father but Sam is his responsibility. And Sam did not like the person because that mean person plans to take his brother away.

Dean says no to the person. But Sam, the blissful youngster goes back behind his fatjer and brother and ask if he could come as well. Because they are one set. They will never get Dean without Sam, and Sam is studious. He is, in fact, very interested to their offer and he knows that Dean was interested. And he wanted to get away from his father. Sam also has seen Dean looking at the passing by teenagers longingly before. He wanted to grab this chance for him and his brother.

The incident of Mary’ death suddenly caught John though. Did that happen because of his child? He drank and drank and drank. Dean and Sam are his sons. But they might have killed their own mother. What the fuck does he need to do now?

After copious amount of alcohol, he says regrettable thigs. Dean bit his lips until it was ragged. Sam was crying, enraged even, but he quitely asks Dean if what John said was true. Am I a monster Dean?

Dean felt something snapped. He never thought about goig against his father. But he suddenly, very suddenly felt something within himself.

He packed whatever the little things they had and left sleeping John. He told Sam, “We are going for the adventure”. He felt lost though. So scared. He grabbed Sam’s hand and did not let go, afraid he might lose him.

They miraculously encounter with a witch. Dean tells to her that they had a fight with their non-maj father and left. The kind witch brings them to Ilvermorny, reassuring them so often by saying that it is the best school and they will support them no matter what.

After some crying, bantering and threatening, Dean stands under the 4 house statues with other newly enrolled students. Wampus roars at him and welcomes him to another world and to the new beginning.

He gets to choose his wand after the housing ceremony is over like the rest of the students. It takes him freakishly long time to be chosen by the wand though. When he thinks that this is the sign he should have not came to here, a wand which has been dorment for so freakishly long time just snaps and plays orchestra music that can be only explained as holy music. It sprays golden sparkling everywhere and some kind of bell rings from above. People made a joke about this incident, telling Dean that the wand fell in love with him and he got married instead of choosing a wand.

It is just a stick. But this stick somehow made him feel so special. It belonged to him. Not some second hand items he had. And it hummes sometimes when he is alone.

Callum finds a way to do magic without the stone ( maybe that elf mage that they met would give him a book or something)

We saw an Illusionist who conjured an illusion of very realistic fake leg. An elf could have disguised their look as a human.

Who alway got in trouble? Me.

They would call my mother and she always came in and lectures my teachers and threatened to sue for making her miss work and treating me poorly.

She always taught my brothers to respect women. The only fights my brothers ever got in was defending women from someone else.

So naturally, I end up in the principal’s office, refusing to apologize. 

“He shouldn’t have put his hands on me and I wouldn’t have hit him!” That’s the only thing I was saying.

These people had the unfortunate luck of catching my dad at home, instead of my mom. So he comes fucking sauntering in there, like he’s Clint fucking Eastwood in some western movie and looks at me. 

“Melissa, did you punch him?” 

“Yes.” I said. 

“Why?” 

“Because he snapped my bra strap.” 

And he turns his squinty eyed glare to the principal and says, “You’re telling me my daughter is in trouble because that squirrely looking kid put his hands on her and she chose to defend herself? That’s what you are saying to me.” 

“Well, sir-” The man kind of stuttered because my dad is kind of intimidating in the quiet sort of way that kind of whispers in the back of your mind that this person could be dangerous. “Melissa did make it physical.” 

“No. That kid put his hands on my daughter. Are you saying my daughter cannot defend herself when some boy decides to put hands on her? Is that what you are teaching my girl?” 

The nuns there were like, so rad. 

It was a party organized for the end of the school year, and I was helping in the kitchen to prepare stuff with a nun and a bunch of little girls. There was one of the girls’ little brother who was there. 

There was a little girl who was carrying a bowl of tomato sauce and was going outside, but the boy was just in front of her and he slammed the door in her face. She dropped the bowl on the floor and got all messy. 

So what happened? 

The nun went outside, took the boy by the arm, and gave him an epic speech going around the lines of: “Would you treat the Virgin Mary like that, young man?” “Nnnnno…” “Then treat every girl like she’s the Virgin Mary.” Not only the boy had to apologize to the little girl, but he also had to clean up and he was put on kitchen duty for the rest of the day. 

Then another day, in catechism class (I was a in a girls’ school, mind you), the nun was there telling us: “If a guy touches you in a way you don’t like, punch him in the face. It’s not a sin against charity. On the contrary, you’re being charitable by showing him he’s sinning by impurity and you’ll save him from going to hell.” 

So I was at my desk during class looking like this:
