For my fellow ladies & gents that are following me after coming across my weightloss posts, I thought I’d share these pictures with y’all SO PAY ATTENTION 👀 👀 👀 👀 These 2 pictures are 13 months apart. And guess what? I weigh the SAME in both. 180 Lbs a year ago and 180 Lbs today. My body has changed so much throughout the year and over all, and the number on the scale is THE SAME. So this is for YOU! if you’re weighing yourself daily, disappointed in the number on the scale, thinking you’re not doing enough or how you can do more, you need to stop and think about this for a second, Would you rather weigh 180 lbs and look like you weigh 150 or would you rather weigh 150 and look like you’re 180? Stop being disappointed in yourself the scale just shows a NUMBER. You made the decision to be the best and healthiest version of yourself and everyday you put in the work to be there is all that should matter.
