Obese Weightloss

It was cold today! Can't even fathom how the kangaroos survive winter here but they looked prettt comfortable sun bathing this morning. Got out for my walk and got a bonus workout in tonight ❤️

Yesterday overall was a flop. Just a generally miserable day with a bunch of poor choices

Today we hit up the bike park, walked along the lake, checked out the local gym and hit the swimming pool where we played an intense game of tag. Sore, tired, happy.

Today's hot girl walk looked more like a house troll had accidentally stumbled into the light and was trying to get back home but hey, whatever gets it done 😂

Anyway, here's me at home after I drove to the gym at 8pm and chickened out

First a week of rain and then a migraine to knock me off track. Feels like I'm going crazy. Feels like it's time to join a gym.

It's gonna rain this afternoon so we rushed the last half of today's walk. Ruby (bottom left) is like a human break check - she ducks in front of you and stops dead roughly once a minute so our version of rushing home was just trying to keep 3 paces ahead of her at all times

I won't be able to get a walk in this afternoon due to errands so I got one in this morning! I took sunglasses and needn't have worried - here's a pic of sunrise!
