maybe the hand doing the feeding Wants to be bitten..
they killed him for this
A couple scenes from a little gay vampire story I was kicking around a couple years ago! I sometimes do little pencils-only scenes for things and never post them. But I was looking back at these and was like why not? They're cute!
I have a whole story for these two, but just for funsies, something to do every now and then when I need to let loose.
Alright neighborhood raven info from my month around them
- they’re a mated pair that live at a giant Catholic Church
- the male is very loud and less cautious
- the female likes to make quiet stranger noises and is more cautious
- they have chicks that are old enough to thermoregulate because they’re left alone most of the time
- they fill their entire beaks full of food and then stash them in people’s rafters and gutters
- they stay in the same general area to the point I’m able to find them usually in under 5 minutes
- they prefer meat to other foods
- the male is a little scoundrel who got on the city reddit top page for mocking a rabbit
- both of them have repeatedly lost a 2 v 1 fight to a crow for the past week
Conclusion :

032 - The Separation
I have been trying to get people to play guild wars 2 with me for years but no one wants to commit to a free to play 60000000 gb game that costs money because you are all heretics
About a certain trait safe
Someone faster or smarter than me has probably already done this, but I gotta talk about the second trait safe in episode five. Spoilers, obviously! And sorry if anything sounds disjointed, this is mostly based on me rambling about it to a friend of mine for half an hour right after part two of episode five released.
So I think the swapped movie was pretty ok! But I think it’s absolutely funny how the TikTok comments treat the twist villain because he has a dumb fuck name.

I genuinely love when a story makes up its own fable and then has current events within the story explicitly parallel the in-universe fable. The story I made up is just like the story I made up 🤯
would you be willing to elaborate on your criticisms of the pitt? (i haven't seen it!)
honestly i didn't make it past episode 3 i just immediately hated it a lot. it's poorly plotted/paced, which makes the propagandistic nature the only thing left to think about, and the propaganda is so unsubtle and facile that it just feels like watching an annoying public service announcement. doctors are heroes but hospitals are so underfunded that they can't spare the time to properly condescend to their patients. in itself this is not a statement unique to the genre (greys has also done it like 50 times) but the personal dramas are at best unoriginal and at worst so thinly written they beggar belief, so all i am left with is noah wyles and his beleaguered blonde nurse looking directly at the camera and explaining how the emergency department staffing table works. every medical show is also pro psychiatry, loves social workers, hates patient autonomy and disabled people, etc, it's part of the fun it's like being a sociologist. but the pitt REALLY cannot go twenty fucking seconds without reminding you that crazy poor drug users are so pathetic and stupid and naked and need to be locked up and restrained and drugged because society is falling apart, because hospitals don't have enough money for doctors because they are owned by private equity. it's just fucking insufferable. usually the medical drama gets its rocks off by appealing to your voyeuristic impulse to see things that could hypothetically go wrong in the human body, layered over with soap opera romance and like one line per episode where the nice character morally exculpates the viewer by telling off the other doctors for dehumanising the patients in a way you on your couch can agree with... the pitt is like straight up patients are moron animals but that's not because of my disgust politics it's an objective scientific determination so you're also a bad person if you tuned in to watch this for enjoyment instead of for a searing meditation on milquetoast usamerican tv show anticapitalism. the only good thing about it is the gore is better than on the avg television set but the truth is you can also just watch surgery on the internet and it doesn't even have shaky cam

aita for trying to liven up my workspace
i (late 30s, m) have been conducting an arts project in the crawlspace of my work, but my boss doesn't seem to appreciate the drawings of my coworkers as animals i've been doing. he says it is "scary" and "weird". i think it's a fun way to bring everybody together. i'm pretty sure he's avoiding me because i stroked his neck, which i get was maybe misinterpreted, but he hasn't said anything else about it. am i going to get fired? was i in the wrong?
I've realized there's something I haven't really accounted for whenever I pass judgment on impasse Tabitha: She is willing to give up her duty for you. Her duties are evidently in opposition to the aims of the witch—as shown by how she'll act on a non friendly impasse route. If Tabitha likes you, however, she's going to do something that deviates from the duty she's been indoctrinated into and let the witch have her way.
Why? Because Tabitha does like you enough to give up her duty. What she hasn't given on her belief that it's worth giving up one person's life for the greater good.
That's what she's still clinging onto. Because a friendly Impasse Tabitha loves you so much—but she can't let the town crumble, can she? All these people, all their lives... And Sybil is offering a way out.
It's arguably the thought process a lot of players who let Sybil devour Kaneeka followed—it's a tough sacrifice, but a lesser evil for a greater good. And it being so... Honestly, reasonable, makes a Tabitha who's decided to burn down the family legacy stand out even more.
Because the key difference between them is that one of them wants the greater good even at the expense of the suffering of one person, and the other does not care about that anymore.
