That is like my #1 dream for CVR tbh. It's something we've never gotten to see, only something we've heard of. It's been canon since the epilogues for OG3, but since they've already said they wanted to work on expanding the story and tying it into the other games more, I think it would be a fantastic idea. My only concern though is that Capcom doesn't like putting a whole lot of money into things and since they overhauled Claire's whole model for the new RE Engine, I'm slightly skeptical of them remaking/retouching Leon & Sherry's models just for a cameo moment too. But then again, we already have Leon's model from Requiem and if you play with the texture maps of those you can pretty much make 2R!Leon and they not only have an updated Sherry model from Requiem too, but Diana (??) from Pragmata who's a blonde child character so they could reuse and recycle some of those assets if they really wanted to.
