Ingredients: 1.5 oz gin. 0.75 oz rose syrup. 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice. 1 egg white. Rose petals for garnish.
Instructions: Combine gin, rose syrup, lemon juice, and egg white in a shaker without ice. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 10-15 seconds. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with rose petals on top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
