Listen: Never tell a company anything during the job application process that they are legally prohibited from factoring into their decision whether or not to give you a job. This includes, but is not limited to:
Physical or mental disability
The law says that they are not allowed to consider those things in evaluating you as a job candidate, and there is a reason for that. It’s because a lot of people wind up discriminating against people for those things, even people who aren’t consciously trying to screen out people based on that stuff. Unconscious bias is a thing.
So, since they aren’t allowed to consider that stuff, do yourself and them a favor and just don’t tell them.
No, not even if it comes up in the interview. No, not even if they seem nice. No, not even for that one reason that actually is valid, I promise, just hear me---NO. Stop it. Don’t tell them.
