I love this piece and read it almost everyday. It is a reminder to myself that I control my health. If I think that I'm going to me miserable and in pain, then it will be so. If I think I am going to have a great day and focus on my lack of pain or how good my life is. That will continue into the rest of my day. It does not mean I will not have pain or that bad days won't happen. It means that I can decide how I react to it and my body responds to my decisions.
