By day I work as a medical social worker & by night I’m the mother of an amazing 9yr old little boy, 2 labs, 2 cats and 5 chickens. I started doing yoga about 8yrs ago. I’ve always been very active. Yoga has deepened my spirituality and connection to self. I even started SUP yoga a few years ago. I continue to grow and learn everyday.
