I have observed a phenomenon where the longer a fandom goes without getting new content, the horniner the fandom gets

here, I drew a diagram showing what I mean:

I hypothesize this happens because fans will make predictions and connections and theories until they’ve thoroughly unpacked all of the new content, and eventually lose interest until new content is released again. However, a small part the fandom continues to release new content despite being nothing left to talk about. This is because they are very horny. Often fujoshis and porn artists, this subset of the fandom never fails to maintain production of fan content, even after years or decades have passed.

Anyone have experience introducing cats to each other? I'm bringing home the new kitten in 2 weeks, and even though my 4 year old girl is pretty chill, she's never really interacted with other cats. I was going to keep them mostly separate on day 1, locking the baby in my office where they can look at each other through the french doors

I also don't know what to do about bedtime. The long term expectation is that they will both sleep with me, but leaving them both loose together at night, especially in a new environment where the kitten is going to want to explore and cause problems, gives me pause. I could keep her in my office, but I don't love leaving her all alone overnight because she is in a new place and she is baby and baby sleeps with Mother.
