AMC has full control over the IP of the Vampire Chronicles. If they wanted to make Lestat the star of the show on day 1, they could’ve done that. They had every right to pull from every book. They’re doing it now as the seasons go on. But you have people so insistent on thinking they were trying to rush through Louis’ season.

So much detail and care went into the first two seasons for you guys to think that which makes me believe you guys just talk out of your ass. You don’t make two incredible seasons like that to “get it out of the way.”

iwtv s1 and s2 are some of the most carefully crafted, beautifully done pieces of media i’ve ever seen.

i for one am praying for an entire vampire armand adaptation. that’s my princess so i’m holding out. but the ONLY reason is because of how incredibly well he was written, and portrayed by assad zaman. er go, any infatuation that show-only fans feel with these characters is directly because of how well done s1 and s2 were.
