I absolutely love how the writers of TVL have adapted "the presence."

In the book, Lestat feels Armand before he sees him.

In the show, we the viewer, also feel his presence.

The bookshop girl talks about him, the trick or treaters are dressed like him, Salamander talks about him, Louis and Lestat bicker about him, The Fang Gang have his name tattooed on them, Lestat wonders what the tattoos mean, Louis and Daniel talk about him, and of course Daniel feels him.

Armand is haunting the narrative.

I know there are citizens of DM Nation who are anxious about our boys. But I say, don't be.

The presence will be made manifest.

And when he is, our boys are going to be reunited.
