I know I've been banging on about past-DM a lot but that DOES NOT mean I don't want old man yaoi. I didn't write hundreds of thousands of words of that old man getting his prostate pounded to dust to be called an old man yaoi hater.

To me the ideal version of DM would be one that includes both because one informs the other; a half century long second chance romance with a twist on tired vampire tropes about love and eternal youth.

The way it feels like they're doing it is perfect, because if it goes the way it feels like it's going, we get the best of both worlds. Them loving each other in the past and then learning to do it again in the present.

So yeah, don't get it twisted, my desire for past DM does not negate the fact that I want to see that old man get hella loved, sucked, and fucked in this the current year of our lord.

Armand is trying to say "The great conversion, Daniel! It's coming" and Daniel is immediately like "Forget that, did you let me win?"

And Armand is immediately taken aback. I feel like Daniel will become even more fascinating to him now that he can't read his thoughts anymore.
