couldn’t sleep. phone in bed time. head under the sheets cuz it’s cold. turn phone screen on. lights up a spider running along the sheets above my face.

following a recipe i found on tiktok and had hot oil explode onto my face. okay so i think i deserve that.

finished my assignment half an hour late and i hoped the portal would stay open but it hadn’t so i had to email my tutor at forty five minutes past midnight like hiiiiiiiii um. i was too slow. here it is.

typed "paper scissors rock" into a google doc and spellchecker told me it was wrong because it should be "rock paper scissors". i think we should be meaner to americans.

just saw a vid of someone swimming in the ocean and got sooooo jealous. technically yes i could go swimming in the ocean whenever but my jealousy was specifically over it being correct swimming in the ocean weather.

am realising that the script i've been working on all semester simply isn't going to work the way i've planned it which would be fine if my pitch for class wasn't due Tomorrow.
