If it helps on my last work trip we also weren’t eating until like 9pm and I was eating granola bars out of my purse at the table like a starving mouse so… perhaps make sure you eat before and then do your best to get your read in bed time in 🥲

final update, and sorry to be irriating to anyone: so prior to this after i asked i to go and she said no i didnt tell her i was still going to go but couple days later she asked me if i wanted to go to flordia with her late summer and i said yeah i really cant because im going to mallorca and italy now and she was like"oh!, nice" and she stopped texting me for 2 days and still hasnt texted me lol
