Getting back to enjoying the little things in life I love most. I like to make things, one of them is food. Tonight I made a pork loin with a cinnamon/cumin/chili rub, homemade baked potato chips, and pan fried asparagus topped with a tomato relish & a sprinkle of fresh green onion. Tested out some new ideas in the kitchen & I really liked this one although it’s not a complete dish yet.
