would they be frens?

This blog is dedicated to figuring out the types of relationships characters who have never met or spoken to each other before would have. Would they be frens? Enemies? Head over heels for each other? That's for you to decide!

There is a blog with a similar premise already, @wouldtheybefriends, but I wanted to explore some different relationship options on top of friendship.

Each poll will have the following options to choose from (subject to change):

They're in love, your honor: There is nothing platonic going on between them. If they were to meet, they'd be in a romantic relationship eventually. (This option will not be included occasionally for obvious reasons)

Besties!!!: Super best frens!! They would click very well and mean a lot to each other.

They would be frens!: They would have a friendship! They'd like each other and be friendly. They wouldn't be extremely close, but would still have a good/positive relationship.

Indifferent/Acquaintances: They would know about the other's existence and that's kinda it. Nothing positive or negative, just neutral about each other.

They would not be frens... : They would dislike each other and have a negative relationship. They wouldn't necessarily be hateful or crazy about their distaste, but they would not do well in a room alone together.

Enemies!!!: They would DESPISE each other. Absolutely zero chance for friendship or any sort of positive relationship at all. Just pure, unadulterated hatred.

Submitting Requests:

When submitting an ask, please make sure you list what sources of media the characters are from. The formatting for this doesn't matter, just make sure it's included with the names of the characters. Please do not submit multiple asks for the same pairing! I promise I see each and every submission. Feel free to send as many different pairings as you like, though!

You can submit more than two characters for one poll, but I may not do your submission. (I will try to let you know if that's the case)

Feel free to send images of the characters you submit. They might not be used, but they will be considered! If you do this, please only send official images as I will not use fan art.

The characters can be from differing media, the same media, different AUs of the same media, whatever! Nothing NSFW though, please. Also, try to stick to fictional characters. There is room for nuance with real people, but that will be left up to my discretion.

Although the main focus is on characters who have never interacted with each other, feel free to submit requests of characters who have!

I can't promise I will do your submission, and I will likely not do repeats unless it has been awhile since it was first submitted. If I don't do your safe for work submission that has not been done yet and you are not asking anonymously, I will try to reach out and let you know why I chose not to do your submission- that is very unlikely, but I'm putting this here just in case!
