ANYWAYYYYYY I did say I was gonna draw one of your characters as soon as ArtFight ended this year and I KEPT MY WORD YAYAYAYAYAY :D

I hope u like how I drew Edelweiss (I cant pronounce her name correctly in person) and I liked her design so much- I had a blast with this drawing :3

So, you may remember a while back I mentioned that I had had something special framed. Here it is!

I received this piece as a Christmas gift last year. It came with 10 other pieces that I plan on scanning in the future, including some roughs, a sketch of Otto’s saw, and lots of shading line layers. It is probably the coolest thing I’ve ever received! I decided to have it reframed due to humidity concerns where I live. You may notice the slight rippling on the sides of the paper; upon speaking to some professionals (my photographer/paper expert cousin and two local framers), I was relieved to figure out it was just regular paper aging. Phew! It’s got museum glass so it’s UV protected as well. Nice and safe!

And here’s some good news: my roommate and I are currently looking to get our own scanner. We both do traditional work (as well as archival work, in my case), so we feel it’ll be a good investment (and you guys won’t have to wait so long for scans LOL. I’ll get to those Formless ref sheets if it kills me…). Once that’s sorted out and I figure out the safest way to handle graphite pieces, I’ll get around to scanning this one as well. I also plan on making a separate account to upload scans of all the sorts of various promotional materials I have, not just SRMTHFG! So if you like theme park maps, magazine clippings, and SDCC flyers, look out for that.
