I’ve actually been trying to compile a relationship chart with sardonyx and the other monkeys inspired off the pitch bible ones!! Im actually really glad you asked this! Thank you! <3

SARDONYX & ANTAURI: Honestly, Antauri stays very cautious around her but is very open minded, almost walking on eggshells in a way. Sardonyx tends to revel in self hatred about her actions and Antauri does understand that is a side effect to one redeeming themselves, but they do stay cautious around her. Sardonyx is too strong to lose herself again and Antauri believes she could relapse to square one at any given time. It’s a ticking time bomb between those two, but Antauri keeps all the negative thoughts to themself or reframes it in a way that tells Sardonyx she still has so much room for improvement.

SARDONYX & NOVA: They form some type of sisterhood together, as they both kind of know trauma like the back of their hand. Sometimes their friendship turns into playful rivalry, always competing against each other playfully during training. Nova doesn’t have the heart to tell Sardonyx about her relationship with Mandarin in fears of triggering them both. Just know, if Nova’s cold, Sardonyx is more than glad to hand over her cloak to her!

SARDONYX & GIBSON: Probably, besides Antauri, a monkey Gibson’s more than willing to reach out to first instead of the other way around. At first, their relationship was merely transactional. Sardonyx goes to find rocks and other specimens in the ground, Gibson studies them. It’s a win for them both. Over time they’ve found that they share quite a bit of interests and have fun quizzing each other on trivial things. Sardonyx thinks it’s funny when she stumps Gibson over some really obscure history trivia.

SARDONYX & SPRX: Sardonyx tends to get annoyed by him frequently, as all the team does, but she knows how to really put him in his place and make him shut up. With the others, Sprx would keep pushing and pushing for a reaction but he doesn’t dare try that with her (also because Nova would probably also back her up as well). Sprx does playfully judge Sardonyx for her unconventional taste in women, however. Maybe she just has better taste than him in everything. Sprx isn’t scared of her (in fact he’d probably crack some tone-deaf joke about how sad she is all the time) but he actually knows how to keep his distance from a lady for once!

SARDONYX & OTTO: Otto’s fascinated by her weapons and story and all but there’s… something in his eyes that tells her he doesn’t like her very much. Like, at all. Rumor has it that she could become another Mandarin at any given moment and he sees too much of a resemblance between the two. If only someone would get it in his head that shes trying to change for the better…. She frequently tries to hang out with him, as he reminds her much of her sibling, but he pretends to get too caught up in his own projects to get *too* close to her. I guess he’s learned his lesson. :( (This one’s kind of out of character but I like to think that Otto hides this stuff well, on the outside he seems as cheerful to her as he is with the rest of the team.)

(Extraaa!!) SARDONYX & CHIRO: The team probably would’ve “recruited” her post-season 4, so he’s definitely more mature and less naïve to knowing when someone’s truly evil. He understands her pain and understands the urge to take it out on the ones who hurt them the most, and honestly fighting alongside her is a delight! Sardonyx does like to tell Chiro all sorts of stories, as he doesn’t really get distracted when it comes to valuable information, especially coming from someone who’s worked for the Skeleton King for more than just one or two instances. She’s changed a lot since they’ve fought and Chiro’s just happy that the team could work with her through the long process of redemption.

SOOOOO, Au idea!!!!

i could.. write it maybe, perhaps, perchance even... i wanna use my human designs, but alter them slightly to give them more "natural" hair colors

Technically only Gibson and Otto needs it Sprx would have toned down red hair (ginger beam), Antauri gets his black hair back, and Nova is perfect, she just always is

My thought process for Gibson's natural hair color is black, but like.. with cool blue undertones And for Otto, I think dark brown would suit him well, or dark ash brown, since Green is the opposite to Red, and ash brown hair has green undertones

But cause i'm switching their hair, they get their colors back in their eyes instead, so Gibson is gonna have blue eyes, and Otto is gonna have green eyes But also, cause i'm toning down Sprx's hair color, i think he'd get a reddish brown eye color to give him some more color back

I'm also like leaving on vacation in 3 days, for like two weeks so, i'm not working on it right away just heads up!

OH! Also this would also mean i'mma design a new look for Chiro and Jinmay as well! And may write all their family dynamics, and such, depending if you guys are interested, and how indebt i wanna go with the Au, and if i am actually gonna write the fic.

If i DO write the fic tho, it's gonna be a human au, i know i know BOOO, but hopefully it will be good, That is if people are interested, if not then imma just draw it and call it a day

Also the Au would be Gibotto Centered, they are the main characters i fear, i am obsessed with them, so it is what it is XD
