This is a species of giant Antarctic scale worm, Eulagisca gigantea. Antarctic scale worms are extreme survivors, eating any food in front of them, from detritus and carrion to other invertebrates and small fish. When the worm wants to feed, the entire front of their throat rolls out of their mouth. Just like most caterpillars with “fur” or bristles, the bristles of the scale worms are usually very irritating to the skin. (Source)

The abandoned MS World Discoverer. It was designed and built in Germany and struck a large Reef in the Sandfly Passage in Solomon Islands. All passengers were rescued by a ferry. The abandoned ship still sits where it was abandoned.
