I'm disabled, and declared unfit for work. That makes me a NEET because I am disabled. Do I have a moral obligation to make my condition worse just to add value to some capitalist's stock prices? I feel like that is ableism.

You have a moral obligation to add value into your community that doesn't necessarily mean adding to stock prices- it could be spreading joy into someone's day, or doing basic house chores we're just trying things to make life a little better for everyone around you.

Chores cost spoons, so does taking care of my health and hygiene, so does any other obligation I have to fulfil. I have to constantly decide what to use my spoons on, and try not to use them all, burning myself out. I'd love to be to contribute to a community, but those contributions cost lots of spoons, which severely impacts my health for a long time. Honestly, today I don't feel like spreading joy. I am bitter that I am disabled, having to prove myself to everyone because I have an invisible illness, desperately wanting help, but existing in a society that finds me undesirable.
