Has anybody else experiencing the same feeling? The feeling that deep down we are evil, the voice inside our head are evil, but we don’t act on it, just thinking about it makes us feel evil. I’m terrified that I’m really an evil person. I think about terrible things when I get angry, sometimes when I’m upset too. Most of the time I just choose to be quiet, put my resting b**** face on, and try my best to calm down. And when I get calm, I’m scared of myself, I’m scared of what I just think. And a few times, eventhough it’s only a few times, I flipped. No, I do not hurt anyone, but I flipped. And I felt disgusted afterward.
