If life were already planned and we knew what our future would be, wouldn't it be the best? Well, according to me, no. Life is like water that is always in flow, and it teaches us how and what to survive. In childhood, we pretty much think about what we want to become but with limited knowledge. We never really know what passion is and what really feels like working.

But as an adult, everything changes. We are taught to survive rather than to live. The concept of the world is that it is mandatory for adults to survive just because everyone did and will be doing. But why is it like this? Why has the world become so much tougher for people? Why can't we just live while enjoying what we do? Why so many questions and still no answers?

The road in life will never be plain, but rocky sometimes; we will be on the right path, while other times we will be calculating the steps. And there is nothing wrong with it. Most of the time, people really don't know what they are doing in life, and that is okay.

The first thing that we learn is to dream big. Whatever we want, we have to dream first; that’s all we hear, right? And in childhood, dreams feel like an imaginary thing that doesn’t seem to exist in reality. And we don’t seem to care about them. However, the importance of dreams gets real when we see them getting fulfilled.

In adulthood, nothing is impossible to achieve as long as we dare to dream about it. Dreams are not always big or small; it’s our desire that simply starts as a dream. And it’s also okay to have things fulfilled without even thinking or dreaming about them; not everything has dreams. But I would like to say that whatever we want in life starts from the mind and how we set it towards the right path.

Remember, there is nothing in the world that you can't do until and until you put your mind to it. Accept reality, change your mindset and start working on yourself. Acceptance will make you face a lot of uncomfortable truths about yourself, and that is what is going to make the difference.

When we were children, we were told to get good marks in exams, top the class, and rank with other students. But as we grew, we realised that our real race is not with others but with ourselves. We realise that there is no race at all; it is all about our mindset. Before we even think about others and their competition, we need to make up our minds, which is one of the toughest things to do. In childhood, I was always afraid of challenges, so I never participated in anything.

As an adult, I am a totally different person. I like challenges because they allow me to grow and develop my capabilities. There is nothing in life that is still for us to grow; we need to be uncomfortable and take up challenges.

When I realised that the winner actually loses more than the loser, goosebumps ran up my spine. It’s true, if we want to do something, we have to do it irrespective of whether it’s going to happen or not. Because if we are doing nothing, nothing is going to happen, so why not be true to do something and lose rather than lose something while not even trying.

The question that I always wonder, especially when I try my hardest, and still I see no result. Does delay mean I am a failure in life? Do I need that much IQ to do things? And so many questions arise, the biggest being whether I am capable enough? So many questions, so many negative thoughts; however, there are no answers for them because these questions are all irrelevant.

We always think that we are in a race with life, but actually, there is no race. In life, certain things are hard to achieve because things achieved through hardships stay forever. We are always taught that by a certain age we have to achieve things; however, life is not a race, but it’s all about learning factors that will help us achieve things with satisfaction.

Negative thoughts are meant to come; it’s common to overthink, it’s the way to realise our feelings and emotions. It’s the way we learn not to give up; we learn to fight against them. So don’t overthink about things not working in your life; some are meant to make you wait so that you get to keep it forever.

Time tells us many things, including how to process failures and the fruit that blooms from them. You are not in a race just to win but to enjoy, to realise that everything in life eventually works out. There is time for everything, for you to get, not to give up, try again, and see the outcome of it.

I have heard a lot about this book, so I decided to pick it up, and it was a good decision.

First of all, the plot was highly engaging. I was really intrigued to go on with the book. As the book goes on, I started to get the hint of what the actual plot twist is going to be. At some points, I was shocked, but at other points, I was well aware of the twist. The plot twists were really good.

The plot is truly heartbreaking, and I am so satisfied with the ending; it’s literally karma, but the victim made it possible. I was enraged to know how in the world the crime gets hidden because of money, and the victim bears the consequences, which is so wrong.

Kit Darling, the girl, went through so much, and I loved the ending she got. I loved her execution of the plan. She came out of nowhere and conquered it. A very well put together character. I loved how she planned everything, which made it so much more interesting. The end was satisfying.

The characters were all pretty grey. As we see many points of view that focus more on the characters’ feelings, this makes the story more exciting and keeps me guessing. I loved this aspect of the book. The feelings and emotions made the book more intense.

The book is definitely fast-paced and engaging.

I recommend this book.

Everything will work out if you have faith and hope in yourself. We are going to see the future we always want; it takes time, but that doesn’t mean it won’t happen. In life, we slowly move forward, and in those times, a lot happens; we learn the meaning of perseverance, failure, time, strength and what exactly life is about. When life feels too tough, hang in there, remember how far you have come and how much you are capable of. Never ever doubt yourself, it’s never about your capabilities, but it’s just life teaching you lessons and trust me, in the end, everything is worth it.

So please, please, please don’t ever give up. There is so much waiting for you in life. And I trust that you can do anything in life, and you also know that. If you are tired, rest, take your time, but never ever give up on things you want in your life.

In life, the first thing we learn is how to have good relationships with others. It's always about the world and its people, and how we have to live that way. But as an adult, the only thing that matters is ourselves, our wants and our needs.

Nobody really teaches us that we have to do things for ourselves; we are taught that we have to make others happy, and that is why we need to work hard. But isn't this life ours? Where is the part which says that whatever we do in life should make us happy rather than the world? I guess we learn it the hard way, after so much sacrifice and tears, we learn that all matters are ours and no one else's.

As children, we always thought we would be surrounded by friends, and it was not tiring, as we had no responsibilities or thoughts. However, as adults, we learn about ourselves, we learn to set boundaries, and we learn to love ourselves.

In life, it is mandatory to reach roads that show nothing but the questions of life. Should I take this road or not? This question always arises, and sometimes we get stuck thinking about what to do. Speaking from experience, not much though, but in life, we can’t take opportunities without choosing.

We have to choose, and both opportunities are good, but what fits your plan matters the most. It hurts to leave a good opportunity, but we can’t choose both roads. Sometimes we need to choose blurry roads, filled with fog, to see what the other side has stored for us. It’s always the first step that we can see, not the entire staircase, and it is best for us. Focus on where you are now, give your 100 per cent at the moment, live in the moment, and the future will automatically rise. 

Some roads in our lives will be easy and smooth, while others will be filled with smog; each will play a huge role in our lives, making us strong and content. We will always stand at two roads with a choice, it’s up to us what we have to choose, the road to the unknown or the road with the straight line. Be it any road, it’s the experience that comes with it that makes it all worth it.
