Strength:
5x3 squat cleans @ 120 touch and go
WOD: 20 min AMRAP
5 toes 2 bar
3 push ups (scaled for HSPU)
1 Clean @ 125
Now that I'm out of my first trimester I am trying to add some weight on my bar again. My 1 rep max clean is 155 so I tried to stay around 80%. I did 23 rounds in the WOD and could of pushed myself and done more but took a good amount of rest between rounds.
